പൂവും കുരുമുളകും ജീരകവും ചേര്ത്തു മരുന്ന് അരക്കുന്ന കല്ലില് വെച്ച നല്ലവണ്ണം അരച്ച് കുഴമ്പു പരുവത്തില് ആക്കി അത് തേനില് കലക്കി വെക്കുക . അര മണിക്കൂര് കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ട് മുതിര്ന്നവര് സ്വന്തം ചൂണ്ടു വിരലിന്റെ ആദ്യ മടക്കു വരെ മുക്കി അത് വായില് വെച്ച് ഉറിഞ്ചി കുടിക്കുക. കുട്ടികള്ക്ക് ഒരു തുള്ളി കൊടുക്കാം . രാവിലെ ആണ് കൊടുക്കണ്ടത് . ഒരു ദിവസം ഒരു നേരം മാത്രം കഴിക്കുക .കഴിക്കുന്ന അളവ് മുറ തെറ്റരുത് . കൂടുതല് വേണം എങ്കില് ഉണ്ടാക്കാം അനുപാതം ഇത് ആയിരിക്കണം . തേന് കൂടുതല് ചേര്ത്താല് കൂടുതല് ദിവസം കേടു കൂടാതെ ഇരിക്കും . തുടര്ച്ചയായി 48 ദിവസം തുടര്ന്ന് സേവിക്കാം .
